Mary Fons
Mary Fons hails from a prominent quilt mafia family.
Since 2010, Mary hosts Quilty, an online show offered weekly on QNNtv.com. Targeted primarily to the beginner quilter, Quilty offers instruction, guidance, and inspiration to those who want to learn to make a quilt, whatever their age or experience level. In 2012, New Track Media launched Quilty magazine with Mary as the Editor.
Mary holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from the University of Iowa. As a freelance writer, her work has been published widely in print and online since 2005. Mary believes that being a quilter means being a part of the coolest legacy in American history.
